What is a stamp
A day with either one paper ticket marked executed: false, or an explicit empty-book close. Saturday may hold one ticket. Sunday must hold zero. A dry-fire with no pair still counts if you seal the close.

Version B opens after thirty honest paper days. Calendar days since the repo was born are not paper days. Stamps on /gate.html are paper days. If the number is short of thirty, type KEEP VERSION A and walk away from the key ceremony.
